" Youth Summer Camp 2024"
The RAY OF LIGHT YOUTH CAMP received a special visit from the
Dunn Fire Dept. and Dunn Emergency Services.
The youth engaged with many in-depth questions concerning fire safety at home and schools, They were amazed to experience the weight of the fireman's uniform, as well as, the equipment on the fire truck. They were given an amazing demonstration from Dunn Fire Department and Jr. Firefighter hats! They were also able to explore the Dunn Emergency Services vehicle!🙌🏽 🙌🏽 🙌🏽

Bible Study Lessons Discussions on behavior management (i.e. bullying) and Respectful Friendship
One-on-One instruction and math tutoring Organized Teen-Team Work
The Awards Ceremony!!
Prior to the ceremony, the children shared what they learned during the Summer Camp, as well as what they liked best. The ceremony was opened with a song by the children, "God Is"! Afterwards, greetings and the presentation of they each received the 'Certificate of Completion' were distributed by Ms. Belinda Strickland in the presence of proud parents. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

On October 21, 2023 BBMN Inc. sponsored a free seminar for the community at the Triangle South Enterprise Center. We had the pleasure to hear two dynamic speakers, Ashker McNeil and Torenna Clemmons from Charlotte, NC. Both ladies came prepared with much needed information to enlighten the attendees on the importance for having a secured health and life insurance policy. They covered the small writings of a insurance policy which is most often overlooked by the policy holder, as well as explained in detail what to expect from the expanded and revised Medicare and Medicaid coverages, and how it will affect our out-of-pocket costs. We were excited to be presented with such knowledge and and helpful tools concerning the quality of life and aging knowledgeably.
